Our Staff At New Hope Surgical Weight Loss Center, S.C. we are committed to the success of your medical treatment and care. Our staff is always here to assist you in any way they can. Teresa Panzek-COO She manages the day-to-day activities of our corporation. She handles all the financial, marketing and management matters for our practice. Kathleen Burdett-Assistant Office Manager She assists Teresa and handles the credentialing for the physicians. Cecilia, Surgical & Bariatric Program Coordinator She will assist you in all aspects of your experience with our office for your bariatric needs. She will coordinate all of your appointments; assist you in the pre-certification process, pre-operative preparation and finally the approval process and surgical scheduling. She will also advise you if there will be any financial obligation on your part before you have the surgery. Jeanelle, R.N., Sherry, M.A., and Matilda,M.A. They will work with the doctor to ensure that you receive the utmost in medical care. They are available to answer any medical questions that you may have along the way and they can assist you with any paperwork needed for your employer. Jennifer and Lidia Receptionist They will greet you at every visit with a smile. They will also assist you in scheduling all of your follow-up visits after your initial consultation with our office. Billing Department - 708-453-6900 They actively work with our physicians to provide the service necessary to ensure that the billing of your services is processed promptly and accurately. They are also our in-office contact for any billing questions that you may have along the way. |
